Applications
How the System Works
GoPro underwater → Media Mod → HDMI output → waterproof housing → surface monitor / recorder / streamer
The camera is installed inside a specialized underwater housing. The HDMI signal is routed through a waterproof bulkhead connection to the surface, where the image can be watched, recorded, or streamed. Depending on the model, the system can also support external power or detachable cable configurations.
Important Tightening Warning
Before underwater use, always verify that all waterproof cable connections are fully tightened by hand.
Do not use pliers or tools. Improper tightening may lead to water intrusion, signal loss, flooding, or equipment damage.
